A death doula is a non-medical companion who offers steady, compassionate presence and support to individuals at the end of life and for their loved ones. Doulas provide emotional, spiritual, and practical care that supports preparation, presence, and meaning-making during the dying process. My work centers on personal planning, reducing isolation and bringing calm, grounded support into a time of uncertainty, while also creating space for caregivers to rest and be sustained.
